Load Out Hours Sunday, November 3, 2019        4 PM – 8 PM Monday, November 4, 2019       8 AM – Noon

Registered exhibitors have first choice of their booth location.

Booth Information
Exhibitors will be assigned a 10’ x 10’ booth space in the main Expo Hall #4.  Reserve and pay for your booth by August 1, 2019 and receive substantial discounted booth pricing AND the opportunity to choose your booth location at this new event venue!   

Booth registration price includes: fully draped back (8 ft. high) and sides (30” high), one 8 ft. table and two folding chairs, and registration for UP TO FOUR of your staff.  Carpet is not provided in the Expo Hall.  Optional services such as internet and electricity; as well as rental information for additional display furniture equipment or carpet are available. 

State of California Board of Equalization Special Events & Seller’s Permits

**All AMA Expo exhibitors are required to complete California BOE Special Event Form BOE-410-D.  Exhibitors who sell merchandise in California are generally required to hold a seller’s permit.  You are required to have a permit if you are selling, even temporarily, new items.  If you are selling and already have a seller’s permit, simply state your seller’s permit number on BOE Form 410.  If you do not have a seller’s permit, one can be obtained at no cost to you by completing BOE Seller’s Permit Application Form 400-SPA.  For more information, visit www.boe.ca.gov/formspubs/pub111.
