What better time to clean out your hobby room and sell those used, seasoned and collectible items, than at the AMA Expo. It’s a captive audience of RC modeling enthusiasts!
How Do I Participate?
Simple! Use our online registration, or download and print a Swap Shop Registration form at the bottom of the page, and mail it with your table fees. As a Swap Shop participant, you are responsible for your own sales. You set your own item prices and you keep your profits.
All Swap Shop items MUST be used. No NEW items will be allowed. This will be strictly enforced! NO DEALERS PLEASE!
State of California Board of Equalization Seller’s Permits Vendors who sell used merchandise in California are generally required to hold a seller’s permit. HOWEVER, if you only sell items no more than two days per year, then you are considered to be an Occasional Seller and a seller’s permit is NOT needed. If you sell used items more than two days per year, you will need a Seller’s Permit. They can be obtained at no cost by completing BOE Seller’s Permit Application Form 400-SPA.
